The App allows users to take photos for AI analysis, track plant environments, and receive data-driven insights. The App uses a local-first architecture, storing your data on your device rather than on external servers.
No Account Required
Dankbot.ai does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the App. Your plant data, photos, and settings are stored locally on your device.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App, including photos and plant data. When you use AI analysis features, photos and diagnostic information are temporarily transmitted to AI services for processing. This data is not stored or retained by third-party AI services after analysis is complete.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Upload malicious content or interfere with the App's operation
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription. All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using industry-standard payment security. We never see, store, or process your payment information directly. Refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google, depending on where you made your purchase.

The AI-powered analysis provided by Dankbot.ai is for informational purposes only. AI-generated insights should not be relied upon as professional horticultural, agricultural, or legal advice. The App includes content safeguards to prevent harmful advice, but you should always use your own judgment and consult professionals when needed.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages related to plant health, crop yield, or cultivation outcomes.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. Since your data is stored locally on your device, you retain access to your data even if your access to App services is terminated.
